Work Experience
🎨 Figma (Series E) is a web-based design tool for building software products. Working with the Monetization Billing Team on the admin experience.
• Led the 2FA enforcement experience for Figma’s Enterprise Security Bundle, impacting over 17,000 guests and $1.7M ARR.
• Designing interactive charts and data visualizations across the redesign of Figma’s billing model and admin dashboard.
• Collaborated with Security Team to ship User Session Management into the account settings modal.
🎫 CrowdVolt (Seed, joined during Pre-Seed) is a peer-to-peer, bid-ask style marketplace that allows fans to exchange tickets to live events.
• Founding designer, redesigned web app to build customer trust and preparation for Y Combinator Demo Day investor pitch
• Designed and launched CrowdVolt Primary Events with digital ticket wallet, ticket transferring, and QR code venue entry experience.
• Crafted the design of CrowdVolt’s buying and selling experience that led to over $100k in ticket sales within 3 months of launch.
🐳 Whalesync (Seed) is an automation platform enables anyone to sync their data across no-code tools like Airtable, Webflow, Notion, Bubble, & Postgres.
• First design hire, overhauled the entire visual design of product, aiming to pivot into higher-market professional enterprise customers.
• Turned wireframe sketches into high fidelity mockups of new data-centered automation platform, ‘Whalesync 2.0’.
• Built landing page and interactive Figma prototype of Whalesync 2.0 for founder to demo during customer acquisition calls.
💬 Slack (acquired by Salesforce, NYSE: $CRM) is a messaging app for businesses. Worked with Slack's Developer Platform Team to create Workflow Builder, our low-code automation platform.
• Spearheaded the experience for non-Premium Workflow Builder Users, collaborated with Admin Team to implement functionality.
• Designed delightful ‘Suggested Step’ recommendation for Workflow Builder, eliminating common errors and solving workflow issues.
• Partnered with another designer to explore the interface and experience of ChatGPT AI Connector Step within Workflow Builder.
• Joined Foundations Team and build ‘File Entities’ Figma components for Slack Kit (Design System) across desktop, iOS, and Android.
• Winner of Slack’s internal hackathon, earning 'Best Product Hack' from executives and 'People's Choice' from company-wide vote.
💰 Pogo (Series A) is a fintech mobile app that allows consumers to harness their data and earn money.
• Sole designer for high-retention consumer mobile app with 100,000+ daily active users, working closely with CPO and 4 engineers.
• Designed and shipped 20 new features, resulting in improved user experience, increased engagement, and revenue.
• Led the design of new Pogo Desktop Browser Extension, enabling users to earn cash while online shopping and browsing.
