Projects

2020

As the primary designer tasked with a complete redesign of all record detail views across the entire application, I overcame many challenges to introduce an easier to use, flexible, and scalable solution, helping to vastly improve the user experience of the application.

2017

As primary designer on the Frontline Mobile project, I helped define product strategy and user interface. I worked closely with product management and engineering as we built this "platform in your pocket".

Manager, UX Design at Aha! Labs Inc.

As the Manager of the UX team, I helped shape the direction of the practice, established new and improved existing processes, set strategic vision and defined roadmaps for UX initiatives, collaborated with cross-functional leaders, mentored and advocated for team-members, participated in our extensive hiring process, and contributed to multiple features as an IC. I also had an opportunity to positively influence the brand visuals, including leading a complete redesign of the company’s website.

As a Sr. UX Designer at Aha!, I collaborated heavily with with PM and Engineering to build multiple high-profile, complex features that have added value for Aha!’s customers. Some highlights of this role were a complete redesign of our global record detail views, leading the design of a brand new product, designing a comprehensive dark mode, and much more.

As a UX Designer at Frontline, I worked closely with PM and Engineering to plan, research, prototype, test, and design web & mobile apps. I was the lead designer for Frontline Mobile (iOS & Android), I led the company’s design system efforts, and act as Art Director for the product design practice.
