Your Role

As an interaction engineer at Rox, your responsibility is to craft the best experience for the world’s best revenue teams. We are pushing the frontier, and we want you to forge the future of interaction between sellers and agents. Revenue is the foundational building blocks of businesses, so you will be redefining how businesses operate.

As part of the product team, you will work directly with customers. You will understand their problems and quickly find innovative solutions to not only meet but exceed their expectations. You will have full ownership of the E2E development lifecycle for new agentic products, ensuring they are beautiful, performant, and scalable.

You will superimpose your intuition and taste with customer conversations to iterate quickly, developing products that our customers truly love.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

  • Next.js, Tailwind, Figma, Python, Flask, AWS.

  • Demonstrated full-stack engineering experience with direct engagement with customers.

  • Deep curiosity with AI products, expressed through research, projects, etc.
