About Swipelux
Swipelux is a European fintech startup building infrastructure for crypto payments. We’re 4 years in, post-Seed B round, backed by Morgan Creek and Outlier Ventures (the accelerator behind Polygon). Our on-ramp product is already live, profitable, and integrated by real customers — including wallets, games, and exchanges.

Now we’re growing and looking for a backend engineer to join our core product team.

What you’ll be doing

• Shipping new backend features in Java/Kotlin

• Building and maintaining integrations with KYC providers, payment processors, and blockchains

• Improving performance, stability, and scalability of our systems

• Participating in code reviews and architectural planning

• Optionally — getting your hands dirty with product feedback, analytics, and talking to customers (we encourage this)

What we expect

• 1–3 years of experience in backend development

• Solid knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Understanding of API design and asynchronous systems

• Comfortable working in a startup rhythm — things move fast, priorities change

• Independent thinker, not just a ticket solver
