Product management focusing on customer-faced SaaS, apps and web products.
• Implemented UX/UI enhancements for Orange Group web services
• Managed a major upgrade for Orange Group, enhancing product functionality
• Pioneered and developed UX architecture for a Cyan mobile app from scratch
• Created a roadmap and developed new features (including MVPs), outperforming competitors and attracting new customers
• Redefined UI for T-Mobile Poland's monthly statistics feature, increasing report accessibility and reducing customer inquiries by ~50%

• Led the redesign and refactoring of the iOS app increasing MAU by ~40% and resulted in reaching the finals of Financial Innovation Awards 2019 (London) and we also got Red Dot Awards 2021.
• Launched free trial mode for the paid feature achieving ~5x subscription growth.
• Increased paid feature engagement by more than 400% due to overall rethinking and redefining customer journey, and introducing onboarding for the feature.
• Suggested UI/UX improvements that doubled positive reviews (App Store 4.8).
• Improved analytical events structure which enhanced decision making system.
