As the Lead Product Designer at ClassRanked. My role focused on enhancing user experiences and improving the efficiency of services for educational institutions across the country. I lead our small design team, mentored junior designer and established processes from workshops and ideation, through smooth handoff to engineering.
As a Senior Product Designer at Olo, I developed innovative tools for the marketing and engagement teams, significantly enhancing customer interaction and driving higher engagement rates. My work focused on creating user-centric solutions that empowered clients to effectively connect with their audiences and optimize their marketing strategies.
